Rusty and I maintain this fun house ourselves in order to bring your family (and ours) a memorable accommodation for lots of laughter and play. It's kept very clean. Linens are quality, HVAC unit provides responsive heating and cooling year round. We aim to serve you as the King of kings! We are constantly refining and upgrading, so your suggestions are taken to heart and any concerns are addressed promptly. There is plenty of parking for extra visitors outside of the sleepover guest list. We are happy to host holiday gatherings and reunions as we are made aware of the expected numbers visiting on the property. Stay and Play can comfortably sleep 15 if you count those kiddos on the three couches and three in the basement king bed. For work crews, expect separate sleeping arrangements in 6 beds. Laundry and bath supplies are provided as well as coffee, cookware and dishes. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with questions or concerns. We are more than happy to address timely and reasonable requests. Guests will have access to the large parking areas, the entire home which includes three main floor bedrooms (1 has an in-suite private bath), 1.5 other baths, living room, dining room, private kitchen, laundry facilities, one basement sleeping / entertainment room, as well as the patios and lawns. The entry is by key pad so self-check-in is a breeze. Guests can feel free to explore the acre around the property and have full use of the home, but we ask children be supervised outside at all times and that everyone stay out of the separate storage building. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any concerns or need assistance with anything ESPECIALLY BEFORE your stay and ALWAYS DURING your stay. We live in the area and will address any concerns promptly. Our job is to serve you the best in southern hospitality and to make you feel at home. If we CAN do that, we WILL do that. This house was built long before Hwy 280 was a four- lane highway. It is situated between Mama Ree's Restaurant and about four acres of wooded property. It sits off the highway and good distance enough to keep the family dog and children from being anywhere near the road. The backyard almost makes you forget what a thoroughfare lies in the front. No neighbors means enjoy music outside just as late as you like:) You must have a vehicle to get around from here unless you want explore the woods or to walk over to Mama Ree's Restaurant and tell her your staying next door. She'll welcome you like the good neighbor she is.
