What We Love
Elegantly industrial, this spacious home welcomes you to relax in your own private oasis. Sunny courtyard views spill light across the exposed wood, polished concrete, and exposed beams that fill this home with urban charm. A hidden gem, this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home is the perfect city escape.
Edgy black walls and atmospheric polished concrete floors lead to the large open-plan living and dining area, where the industrial finish of this 2-storey home is softened by the natural views of your private sunny courtyard garden. Boasting two seating areas centred around a stunning frangipani tree, this is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a few sundowners on a warm afternoon after a long day of exploring!
The main living space is equally inviting, with a casual breakfast bar separating the full kitchen from the comfy couch - a great place to settle in and enjoy your favourite book or movie. Two bedrooms are upstairs, with the final bedroom completing the ground floor. All rooms have plenty of storage. The master bedroom boasts concertina doors that open onto a generous, semi-enclosed balcony overlooking your courtyard. There is also a separate study available for those who are travelling for work and play.
If you venture out of your city escape, you will find some of Sydney's finest attractions right at your fingertips. A plethora of divine restaurants can be explored on Glebe Point Road. Foodies will delight at the fresh seafood available at the Sydney Fish Markets, and the beautiful Blackwattle Bay is an ideal picnic spot just moments away.

The neighbourhood
- If there is one place you must visit its Tramsheds - Originally a tramway depot built in 1904, this has become a local hotspot for fantastic restaurants, local retailers and a weekly growers market every Sunday. Be sure to check their website for other events happening around the time of your stay!
- A gorgeous walk is the foreshore walk around to Jubilee park - perfect for an afternoon picnic
- As the light draws in, head to the Different Drummer, a hole-in-the-wall style bar, dimly lit, down to earth and open until 2 am. For a more upscale dining experience check out No.92 wine, serving great wine in a gorgeous 19th-century 'home-style' restaurant.
- Powerhouse museum and Australian Maritime Museum are about a 20-minute walk, or you can catch the light rail.
There are great public transport links around this property, and we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.
Home Truths
- Small cars fit in the car space. No SUV's or large cars. It's a tighter than usual squeeze and comfortably fits a small car.
- One of the bedrooms is off the entrance hallway in the front room of the property. There is a door to block off the hallway for privacy, however, the bedroom is still visible from when you enter the front door.
- We have added a privacy blind to the front room, however, there is a minor gap that we're working on closing for full privacy.
- Soundproofing on windows and doors.
- There are fish in the backyard that we will feed monthly
