Three Sisters Garden Cottage - stroll to 3 Sisters

Our three bedroom cottage is located within 650m of the iconic Three Sisters in Katoomba. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Our cottage is very quiet and a peaceful place to relax after exploring the amazing surroundings. We have 4 beds and can have up to 6 guests. We provide bed linen, towels, electric blankets and soap. Our kitchen is well-equipped and also offers a Nespresso coffee machine and modern appliances. We also have a heated towel rack in our modern bathroom. Keep warm with our gas heaters throughout.


OUR HOUSE
Our three bedroom cottage is the perfect location to enjoy a weekend in the beautiful Blue Mountains, 90 minutes drive from Sydney. We are located 650m from the iconic Three Sisters Katoomba. Our place is suitable for families, groups or couples looking to enjoy time away from the city or looking to explore somewhere new. Our bathroom is recently renovated and offers a walk in shower and a heated towel rack to ensure your towels stay warm and cosy. Our kitchen is well equipped for you to prepare your own meals and includes cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, utensils, salt, pepper and oil. A dishwasher is available to make cleaning up nice and simple. Enjoy your meal on our beautiful dining table, with recently upholstered dining chairs to give you that extra comfort. Our gas heating and electric blankets will provide warmth and comfort during your stay. Our well maintained garden provides the perfect tranquil setting to relax and enjoy your time away. Make your coffee using our Nespresso machine and enjoy it outside in the sunny garden. We also have a BBQ and picnic table for you to enjoy a meal outside in the sun.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to three bedrooms, a bathroom, two sitting areas, a well equipped kitchen, dining room, outdoor gardens and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Guests access the house using a digital lock. The code will be sent two days before check in. The door code will only be given to confirmed bookings.
The best way to access our home is by car, however bus stops are available nearby and are limited throughout the day. A Taxi Rank is adjacent to Katoomba Train Station and would be an inexpensive ride to our house.


NOTES
For each guest we provide tea, sugar and a limited number of Nespresso pods to be used with the Nespresso coffee machine.
Please bring your own wireless internet if it is required during your stay.
A highchair and travel cot are available for guests to use, if required. You will need to supply your own linen for the travel cot.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Our house is located in Katoomba, New South Wales. It is a 90 minute drive from Sydney. Our street is very quiet and filled with plenty of sun which makes our house a peaceful place to relax. It is a short walk to visit Echo Point Lookout where you can take in the beautiful view of the historic Three Sisters.
Once you complete your short walk to the Three Sisters and Echo Point Lookout there are many bush walks and trails to explore including the Giant Stairway. Scenic World is also a short drive away.
Lilianfels is a short walk from our house and offers exceptional meals and service at Darley's Restaurant and also offer High Tea.
A 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive will get you to the main street of Katoomba, where you can stock up on groceries or try one of the many local cafes and restaurants.


GETTING AROUND
We have a driveway and carport for parking your car. There is also street parking available. There is limited public transport available nearby. A taxi ride from Katoomba Train Station would be a short an inexpensive ride to our home.

Close to Echo Point attractions in Quiet street. Walk to Three Sisters and Scenic World. Clean and comfy with everything needed for self contained stay. Well heated for cold nights. Good communication with host.

Cosy Cottage
Just had a wonderful stay at Josie's and Paul's cottage, clean well equipped, and very comfortable, with ducted heating and air conditioning, has everything you need, with added personal touches , linen and beautiful soft towels supplied. This cottage is in a perfect location, short walking distance to the viewing platform of the Three Sister's and walking tracks, close to restaurants, and within walking distance to Katoomba RSL and town

Has everything one needs for an enjoyable holiday. A well presented cottage with N Nice gardens. Would definitely stay again However there were a few small glitches which didn’t detract from our holiday, Viz= globes in bedrooms were all blown Ducted heating did its own thing. No ABC tv reception

Very nice garden cottage
We had a very nice stay in this little cottage over 3 nights. Importantly the beds are very comfortable and the linen is of good quality. The house is very clean and has ducted climate control. The appliances are all modern and include a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The Nespresso coffee machine is a nice bonus. The garden is very lovely and provides extra room for young children to play in. The only draw back is the lack of bedroom furniture. Apart from that it was a very comfortable cottage.

Lovely well-equipped clean cottage!
Our family of 6 had a very comfortable stay at this cottage, so much so that we are booking it again next year. We loved the Nespresso machine and the other additional comforts the owner left for us, including soap, linen and a special gift in the fridge. The cottage is located within a close walking distance to Echo Point which has amazing views of the Three Sisters. It is very well-equipped for colder weather with warm heating throughout the house. We will definitely be back!

Cosy cottage with a great location
Family of five staying - 2 adults and 3 kids. The cottage is comfortable and cosy, and impeccably clean. The linen is good quality, there were plenty of towels and extra blankets and the cottage is well appointed with everything you would need, especially when travelling with children - well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer etc.The garden is a lovely place to sit and relax. Excellent location - a very short walk to the Three Sisters.

Great location, very clean!
We had a lovely three night stay at the cottage. The cottage is small but completely adequate and I felt like it was very clean, which is always a huge positive. Gas heating ensures it gets toasty pretty quickly and electric blankets warm the beds up at night. It's a great location for walking to the 3 Sisters and several bushwalks in the area, the Chocolate Company and Katoomba town. Only a 5 minute drive to Leura. We stayed as two adults and two children under 5.
