Finding the apartment was not easy (our taxi driver couldn't find it). When I mentioned that fact to management, he wasn't very helpful and told us out taxi driver wasn't very good. Found his attitude very disappointing.

If going for an event at Sydney Olympic Park, then this place is in an ideal location. Just down the road from the trains and walk to the venue. Note if you want to drink wine in your apartment then bring it with you as there is no where nearby to buy any.

Good venue for Olympic Park stay
I found the apartment very comfortable and the guy that met me was helpful in where to park the car etc. Only problem I had was that I did not know I needed the security tag to leave the car park. I had left this in the apartment as requested. To get out of the building meant I needed to wait until another car was leaving and follow closely behind them.

Terrible management and shocking pests
Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. I spent considerable time finding and killing them. Quite poor. No hot shower on first day either. Excuse was that they had turned switch off. Terrible. Property manager was rude and unapologetic when he was late and was just trying to give an excuse why he was late instead of just saying ‘Sorry’, which usually makes a huge difference. Then he was explaining basics as if I was being baby sat. Not recommended at all.

This is a great place to stay, its perfect for a concert stay which we did. Walking distance to qudos bank and alliance stadium. A mini mart down stairs, a coffee shop, a great Vietnamese and Thai and Indian restaurant on the same street. Easy rail and ferry access.. Cannot recommend this place enough and Gary the property manager is amazing

I booked the apartment to attend a concert at ANZ stadium. I was quite surprised at how great the apartment was. Location was within an easy walking distance to the stadium; view to harbour bridge; very clean and comfortable; parking was a plus; building security was great; breakfast just downstairs and the fellow who owns it was really good to deal with

Spacious, modern apartment with lovely views, sturdy comfortable furniture, large bathroom, nice quality towels and bedding, and thoughtful extras just in case, ie. desk to work at, umbrella to borrow if needed, etc. Excellent service - Gary the manager was polite, professional and efficient, answered all queries promptly, nothing was too much trouble.

Accomodation was good and spacious....unfortunately got a shock when i arrived only to be told that i had pay an additional $80 cleaning fees, even though i had an email from hotels.com say my accomodation was fully payed for.......NOT GOOD Needs to be spelled out way more clearly that there are significant additional costs even after i payed the price on HOTELS.COM

Beautiful unit with fantastic views of Sydney
A lovely unit which was well appointed. Unfortunately I did not read the 'fine print' and the owner asked me to pay an additional $280 upon arrival. I explained I had already paid in full and I was advised that I was required to pay $80 for cleaning which was not included in the price. As the price was not cheap I was quite taken back with this information. The owner showed me the fine print stating the $80 makes up for the commission paid to Expedia however I felt this was not my responsibility but chose not to argue. We negotiated that I did not have to pay the $200 bond but I still had to pay the $80. Personally I would not enter in to this type of arrangement again as I believe that I had paid all costs upfront in good faith however I do understand the need for a refundable bond. The other consideration for travellers in regard the location is that there are only a couple of very small (expensive) convenience stores in the area. There are no liquor or grocery outlets for several kilometres.
