Perfectly located, it's a stroll to a huge choice of eateries, bars and shops in Darlinghurst and Surry Hills, including Oxford Street, home of Sydney's world-renowned Mardi Gras parade. Public transport hub Central Station is 10 minutes' walk, and the CBD (Downtown) just 15 minutes away on foot.
The Space:
Downstairs is an open plan living and dining room with original floor boards that have been sanded back and brought to life. There's a 6 person dining setting and a beautiful old chesterfield lounge where you can relax or watch television on the large flat screen TV.
Beyond the lounge/dining area you step down into the fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher oven, stove, microwave, fridge and double sink, with ample bench space and storage.
Walk through the kitchen and take another step down into the stylish black and white bathroom featuring beautiful subway tiling. The bathroom also contains a large washing machine and separate dryer. There's also an outdoor courtyard at the back of the house for you to enjoy.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds. The master bedroom has its own TV complete with Chromecast and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a rug for winter comfort and soft white curtains.
The Neighborhood:
From acclaimed theatre and intriguing galleries to fine food and wine, Surry Hills is a delightful inner Sydney neighbourhood near Central Station. You’ll discover hidden gems, including award-winning restaurants, hip bars and great pubs, fashion boutiques, and the famous Bourke Street Bakery. Another drawcard are the restaurants and cafes as well as bars and pubs. Crown Street and side streets are dotted with delicious places to eat and drink. The annual Surry Hills Festival in September celebrates the neighbourhood’s local music, food, arts and culture.
Getting Around:
Being so close to the Sydney CBD, there are many buses servicing the Surry Hills area, which makes travelling from Surry Hills to the beaches of Coogee or Maroubra simple. Central Station is the closest station to Surry Hills and can be reached easily by foot or bus. Being directly near Central Station provides the ability to reach most other locations around Sydney City and suburbs without the need to change trains in the process.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
