This is the perfect terrace in a top location near the renowned Bourke Street Bakery! Situated in the bustling and charming suburb of Surry hills, you are just moments away from all the bars, restaurants, galleries, parks and attractions this inner city area has to offer. With easy access to the light rail and plenty of nearby parklands, this is the perfect spot for inner city living! Don't hesitate to contact us with questions via email or text message.
- Quiet time after 10 p.m. Any noise does resonate with the apartments downstairs.
- No parties or events.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. Maximum apartment capacity is 5 people.
- Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
- No pets allowed.
- Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Please close the windows and lock the door.
- Sign out of any personal Chromecast apps, such as Netflix.
- Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
- Rinse the dishes and leave it the sink.
- Garbage collection is Wednesday. If you are in the apartment on Tuesday night, kindly put your garbage in the council bins (Red is general rubbish, Yellow is recycle)

Charming and in a perfect location
My wife and I loved our stay at this charming, bright apartment. Check in was super easy and Tia was always reachable and communicative even when working through VRBO’s international billing process. The location of the apartment is in prime Surry Hills, walkable to so many restaurants and the fantastic Bourke st. Bakery, as well as the light rail. The apartment was very clean, got great sunlight, had easy to use laundry, great internet connectivity, and was well furnished. No complaints; we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Tia!
