The vibrant Surry Hills hub is brimming with action & excitement with its numerous Cafes, Restaurants, Pubs & Shopping. The Unit is Walking distance to Oxford St, Hyde Park, Pitt St Mall, Paddington & Central Station. The Opera House & Bondi Beach are a short bus ride away.

The Unit is extremely peaceful and has a leafy outlook despite being in the heart of the City.

This studio has a room divider which can be closed to provide privacy.

The Unit has a car space which is available to use, but I only recommend using it if you have a small car. The spot is large but the bends to go down to level two are tight.
