We stayed at this Flat June 2rd thru the 6th. 2019. Bondi area is Great! Nothing good about this Flat-- at total ONE STAR. Cons: Advertised as 2 bathrooms it had 1. Now they changed the ad! free wifi: Did not work the entire week -we had to buy wifi on our phones. I was offered a trivial discount- less than the cost of wifi. Broken sleeper bed--its propped up against wall-back falls down. Broken towel bar in bathroom, cannot hang up towels. Worse of all NO heat-- its winter in Sydney-- it was 48-50F or 9-12C it was freezing in this flat--we needed to sleep with sweaters and socks. No fan or AC either-so beware the weather. Wall Pictures you see in the views are actually all torn off the walls and the dry wall is all ripped up. With all the great places to stay in Bondi there is no reason to stay here!!

First of all the Check in starts at 4PM not like anywhere else at 3PM. We showed up at 4PM to figure out no on sis at the location. So we tried calling the provided Phone number on the booking. After 20 Minutes of calling we gave up and called Hotels.com Customer Service. After another 30 Minute on the Phone with them they got a hold of the owner and advised us that the Key is in a look box on the side of the Building. After checking the Look Box reveals that there was no key at all just a empty box. After another 1,5 hours of phone calls and waiting the cleaning crew showed up with the key. In total we waited 2 hours to get in. The apartment is rated with 4 stars.in real its maybe a 2 star property. Its barley furnished, has NO air conditioning or fans, pictures who supposed to hand on the wall standing on the floor leaning against the wall and on top you find some bugs running in the bathroom. Not recomended.
