Palatial is not a term that should be associated with this property. Tired, run down, dirty and poorly maintained would be bettered descriptive s. The cleaners should be fired as every door, wall and architrave is heavily soiled, a lot of it seems to be face make up, but general build up of grime around edges, door handles and corners is prominent, The drier and the dishwasher do not work. The vertical blinds in the lounge and bedrooms are missing several slats so the rooms can not be darkened, hence early wake up in the morning, The furnishings in the lounge dinning area is cheap and uncomfortable, obviously of discount furniture shop origin. The outdoor furniture is broken and dilapidated. The tiles on the large deck have two significant areas where the tiles are badly broken to the extent of being a safety hazard. All pot plants shown in the promotional photos are dead

Communication was bad, unable to get in touch with anyone for any information. Apartment was roomy, comfortable. no easy access to public transport, rely on taxi and uber to go anywhere and every where, no information provided for someone visiting for the first time.

great apartment, everything you could wish for except BBQ on balcony.which was fabulous and afforded wonerful views all over surrou8nding area in accordance with its name !! great location and very clean and well presented, would definetely stay here again

A home away from home with amazing views.
Excellent place to stay if you’re wanting panoramic views! Cosy and comforting with ample space within the apartment aswell as the penthouse balcony. Minutes from shops, restaurants and leisure. Definately will recommend!

Great place
It was a really good place to stay for a family. Great view of the Parramatta river. Everything was neatly kept and clean. We had no problem with the place, would definitely recommend it!
