Room was clean, amenities were very good, and the food was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful except for someone named Bella, i dealt with her maybe 3 times and she was very rude, not helpful at all. Every time i asked her for help she said she would do it, but did absolutely nothing. All the other staff were very good though. Pritchards hotel 2 thumbs up except for Bella!!

Excellent room, nice aircon very clean, and cleaners came in daily to clean our room. They are doing renovations so the noise and the entry to the rooms are on the side of the hotel, if you don’t mind climbing steps then your be fine and once you get into your room you won’t be disappointed

Very surprised at value for money this place provides, it was clean, spacious, friendly staff and the shower pressure was outstanding with HOT water.. easy parking with lots of space.

Good Hotel

Good for a short stay. The pub is very traditional and the bistro was a pleasant surprise. The food was very good. Drinks were cheaper than average. Quiet at night.
