Great place and location
Loved our stay. Great location, apartment and facilities. Getting the key and dropping it off is a bit of a hassle if you don’t have a car as you pick up from Caringbah. But other than that we loved our stay.

Excellent property for a two week stay or longer. Good facilities in the unit and the complex, eg pool, sauna and gym. Clean and tidy with everything in good working order. Minor point was it lacked a large/salad bowl (which may be rectified in the future). Close to beach, and eateries and watering holes of all descriptions.

Short stay ,very clean and tidy ,position was central for Cronulla , To find entrance to property ,it is in an complex for a hotel ,but not run by the complex ?you have to go in by a side door if you have no car ,it is a bit convoluted to find, but easy when you find out? the apartment is studio style small but adequate commenserate to is cost , Full kitchen ,every thing you need ,washing machine ,dryer . We had an issue with the bed frame ,which I'm sure Peter has sorted by now , Be aware its a 25min round trip to collect/drop off the entry apartment key and entry fob by car. Peter the agent is very good communicator and if you require information i would advise you to ring him with any queries.

The property was difficult to access, needs to say next to the hairdresser and El Ray restaurant. Some dreary fascilities the mattress and the tv need help. Could be some cleaning. Otherwise pleasant. Property management was good.

The apartment is very dirty and not well kept. There hasn't been a proper clean for a very long time. The iron and ironing board are broken, the stove falls out of its hole which gave me a terrible fright. The parking is misrepresented. You can get a park if it isn't all taken by anybody who cares to park there.

Excellent location, room was average and provided essentials.. because of the odd shaped room the bed location made the exterior door access a bit tight.. obtaining key for room access wasn’t convenient, a lock box at building location or near by .

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment. It is close to the beach, shops, train station and within walking distance to all of these. We had a couple of small issues with the apartment , that were set right by Peter immediately. The location is quiet, friendly and clean. The pool, spa and gym complex are auesum. Although the apartment needs a freshen up with a coat of paint sometime, it has all the bits and pieces you need while on holiday.
