nice place but.
Look this place is great but just be aware there are no staff onsite available when things go wrong. I couldn't access my apartment and despite 100 'sorrys' from the nice lady in the phone i was told that the 'escalation' team were not avaible to assist.
2 hours shivering in a hallway later i discovered they had left me the wrong key in the lockbox and the key to the alternate apt (which ALSO) didn't work wa so actually the correct key. Oh..also the internet didn't work
Mistakes happen but if you business model is saving money on onsite staff, double check everything! And for headers sake, make sure your 'escalation' team is available.
To add insult to injury, i just got a gushing 'thanks for salting with us' with ZERO mention of the issues i had faced. This mob is great at the slick marketing, they just get to get thier OPS in order.
