Check in was quick and simple, room was small but suited to needs, dining available in building which was well priced and offered a discount for hotel guests (which we forgot to show haha). I even left items there by accident which they kept hold of while I was on my cruise and had ready for me to colelct when i returned which I was very grateful! Travis and the team were great to deal with and wouldn't mind staying there again

The mattress was the softest and best we have slept on in any accommodation in recent times. The booking staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent adjacent to Woolworths, Town Hall Station and many choices for meals. The pub itself is busy and can be noisy, didnt bother us tho. A lift is a bonus at our age and on the third floor. Pricing was good.

Reasonably priced and very convenient room was spotless and if you are worrying about getting the train there town hall station is a 30 send walk walk away along with the tram station will use again
