Our room bore no resemblance at all to the pictures on the website or hotels.com. The place is a dump. Our view on the decrepit courtyard included smokers standing around laughing and socializing at all hours. Nothing else to say. Could not wait to leave. We felt unclean.

Our biggest disappointment was, we were supposed to get free hot breakfast per our Expedia reservation, but they charged us. I tried to work this out with the manager and she basically said Expedia gave me a good deal and there was nothing that could be done. Even their brochure at hotel said free breakfast included. That was the reason I did not give a better review on staff.. the young lady and young man that were behind the desk went out of their way when we were checking in but I thought the manager should have corrected this issue.. the inside of the building was nice the exterior definitely needed some attention.. I would not stay in room 201 or 202 as there is a lot of suitcase noise and out of the two doors leading to the hallway...

An underwhelming stay
The hotel has undergone some renovations, but has a long way to go to get up to par. The staff were friendly and the check-in was quick and easy. Our room was comfortable but was nothing special. However, the beds were excellent. The pool was warm but the water was cloudy and the liner had some heavy staining. Although it may have been clean it didn’t look it. The restaurant offered a discounted breakfast for guests of the hotel, but even at $8 the one sausage, one piece of bacon and dried out hash browns were not worth it. The property around the hotel needs a lot of maintenance and the parking lot is a bit of a free-for-all. We had a good stay and didn’t get any rashes, but I can’t say we’ll be staying there again.

The room was clean overall, however, you can tell that it is an older hotel that needs some work. It was fine for staying close to the ferry and was cheaper than other hotels in the area.

We liked that the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were very disappointed, however, as the reason we booked with them was for the pool. The pool was disgusting!!! It was filthy!! There were hairs and dirt floating and you couldn't even see the bottom. The water was thick, cloudy, and discolored. Gross!!! What a huge disappointment.
