The cottage comprises of three bedrooms, a sunroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The cottage has a slow combustion fireplace with firewood provided, an oil heater, and air conditioning throughout. Cherry Tree Cottage has a large open backyard with a picnic area.
Cherry Tree Cottage is a short walk from the historic Everglades Gardens and Leura Golf Course. Nearby, Sublime Point, Golf Links Lookout, Gordon Falls Walks, and Leura Cascades all offer pristine escarpment walks, rainforests, cascading waterfalls, and spectacular views. Also only minutes away, the historic Leura Village charms with quality restaurants and cafes, galleries, shops, arts and crafts, and boutiques.

Located only 800m from Leura Village shops, cafes, boutiques, Leura train station, and just a short 3-minute drive to Olympian lookout and world-class bushwalks.

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
Due to the close proximity of neighbours near to the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas.
Please ensure you are super quiet when outside during this time.

IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
Please note that this property is not available to hold lunches and dinners, or any other gatherings for people who are not booked to stay at the property.
The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation.

NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
Please note that this property has a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. Under no circumstances is this a party house or venue.
The neighbours are in very close proximity as it is a very quiet and peaceful residential area.
Please note there will be an immediate eviction without a refund if there is a breach of our terms conditions.

PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
Balance Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments.
Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.
Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

Nice quiet street but an easy walk to local supermarket for supplies. Kitchen was full of everything you could possibly need; even a few pantry basics (in use-by date!!) . The items of soap etc supplied was a considered choice eg 'Thank you' and 'Eco choice' style brands. Lovely! The fire was a little hard to keep alight but all the heaters helped keep warm. Comfortable with everything you could reasonably require for a few nights stay.

A lovely mountain cottage
The cottage was comfortable and cosy. A very well equipped kitchen,everything we needed was there. Plenty of heating including a lovely cosy fire. The cleaners do a great job,the cottage was nice and clean. I love the garden,a peaceful setting to just sit and ponder.
