This property would suit families and groups of friends just as much as a couple wanting a bit of luxury and privacy.
We are open to dogs staying at the property but no other pets like cats or reptiles etc. It is important that you contact me before booking because we do have some conditions that must be agreed to prior to arrival. There will be an additional fee of $30 towards extra cleaning.
The property we are letting is a fully self contained apartment in the lower half of a larger house. You will have your own access via the side gate and will have exclusive use of the garden and pool. There is no need for any interaction, but we are happy to help out with anything should you need to ask us anything. Whilst we live in the upper part of the property, we understand absolutely the importance of privacy and will respect that at all times.
Interaction with guests is entirely up to you. You may see us in passing briefly at the front of the property, on the driveway as we venture to the beach etc.
Smoking is not permitted at the property.
Parties are not allowed.
Quiet time after 10pm.
No glass around pool area.
The accommodation comprises three bedrooms:
•2 queen size beds
•1 double bed
•1 single bunk above the double bed
•1 single trundle bed with full sized mattress (very comfortable)
•There are three portacots suitable for toddlers and 2 bassinets for babies
•We can provide 2 highchairs, 1 change table, 1 baby bath
•The two queen rooms have generous water views
•All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and hangers
•Two bedrooms also have desk facilities.
•Top quality mattresses and pillow options are provided to ensure a good night’s sleep
•Electric blankets in queen rooms (winter period)
•All bedding is provided
Lounge dining area. Lounge has two three seater sofas, perfect for enjoying the entertainment facilities which include:

Inside dining area has an extendable dining table which can seat up to 10 people. Two high chairs are available.

Water supply is filtered using hospital grade filtration to remove chlorine and other mains water impurities.
The generous three-way bathroom suite has a double washbasin area, separate bath and shower room and separate toilet. Super soft, 100% Egyptian cotton towels provided in-home use and other towels provided for beach use.

The 8 metre solar heated pool has sunshades and dining area for up to 8 people.
Water is ionized to minimise the need for chlorine and the pool can be lit for a night time dip

Overlooking the sea, with fabulous views from the garden, pool and two of the three bedrooms, the property offers you a quiet haven within the sleepy village of Bundeena. Don't be fooled by the peace and quiet, there's plenty to do while you are here but it is perfect for time just to switch off and recharge from the stress of daily life.
