Beach side home in the heart of the Royal National Park

Lilly Pilly is a two-story home, with a large open living space on the upper floor, a second living area on the ground, and large balconies to the front and rear. The front balcony has views to Horderns Beach and the sea beyond, while the rear balcony overlooks the large, private, enclosed garden. Horderns is a dog friendly beach with off-leash access (see local signs).

The modern kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and has an open plan to both the dining and living areas. Full-width bifold doors open onto the beach-facing front balcony. The whole floor is warm, welcoming, and full of natural light.
The master bedroom (king bed) and second bedroom (bunk beds and single bed) are on the first floor and share the upstairs bathroom and separate WC. The third bedroom (queen bed) is located on the ground floor and has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in. There is another living area on the ground floor which has second smart TV and WFH office desk. It has sliding doors that open onto an undercover patio, and out to a fire pit and the large established garden beyond. The garden is enclosed for dogs. There is an additional annex area with table tennis and laundry.
The property is perfect to socialise with friends and family but spacious enough to find your own space if you want it.
