A Designer Apartment with Classic Heritage Details

Explore Ashfield's streets, home to a string of beautiful heritage homes, trendy cafes and renowned eateries. Situated in the charming "Esperanza Manor", this architecturally-designed apartment offers light-filled open living with ornate, period details and beautifully-styled interiors. Cook meals in the full kitchen, dine or work remotely from the chic dining table and rest easy in the plush king bed. From here you're a five-minute stroll to the Ashfield Mall and Train Station.
This heritage Victorian apartment built in 1892 has been stylishly redesigned to create a unique retreat for singles or couples. It strikes the perfect balance between classic details, including and original non-working fireplace, and modern comforts. Relax on the sofa while watching TV or cosy up on the wing-back chair with your favourite novel. Oversized windows drench the space in natural light. A fully-equipped kitchen is kitted with an electric cooktop, cooking utensils, and top-end appliances, including a combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster. Basic pantry items are supplied. Cook meals at home and eat together at the dining table set for four with gorgeous Bentwood chairs.

Large doors open to the bedroom, which is fitted with a plush king-size bed and topped with hotel-style linens for a restful sleep. There is a wardrobe to hang your clothes and store your belongings. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity and is stocked with complimentary high-end amenities. There are internal laundry facilities, including a front loader washing machine and ironing board.

The sofa can be converted into a bed for stays of more than two guest. If you wish to take advantage of the sofa bed, we can set that up for you for an extra fee of $50. If your booking is for more than two guests, this will be automatically included in the rates.

There is free street parking outside the apartment.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

We are pet-friendly—please let us know the number of pets you are travelling with at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. Note that the pet fee is $100 for each pet per week.
