A view can tell a beautiful story, so welcome to the story of ‘6Sixteen The Banks'. Situated on 5 arable acres, with beautiful views of lush green turf farms, designer horse studs, the Grose Vale with, of course the iconic Blue mountains as its backdrop.
The Space:
6Sixteen The Banks by Tiny Away sits in the quiet suburbs of Agnes Banks, catering to up to 4 guests. A comfortable 241-square-foot accommodation with a queen-sized bed up in the loft, and a sofa bed that can be converted into a queen bed on the ground floor.
These amenities include a fully functional kitchen with cooking equipment and a spacious bathroom with a flush toilet connected to a septic tank.
Enjoy stunning views of the Godolphin horse stud, formerly known as Osborne Park, which is a 126-acre Godolphin stud farm that is home to some of the most elite racehorses in the world. For early risers, you can catch a glimpse of the horses doing their early morning track work.
A truly peaceful and tranquil living space perfect for a weekend getaway~
Guest Access:
Guests will also have access to an open fire pit to toast marshmallows and have a BBQ.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbouring properties are a good distance away. To the left of our property, there is a stunning horse stud called Tyreel, of approximately 60-80 acres. To our right, is the beautiful Godolphin horse stud, one of the biggest turf farm in the area.
We are located between the ever expanding city of Penrith and the gorgeous country town of Richmond. You can do a day trip to Windsor, Kurrajong village or Glenbrook to sample the beautiful cafes, or visit the scenic railway. For the more adventurous, you can go for white water rafting or do bushwalking. And of course, visit the Blue Mountains!
When you check in, we will provide you with a list of activities, cafes, shopping areas and places to buy local produce. We also have a what’s on board that we update frequently to show upcoming activities and events that are held in the Nepean and Hawkesbury. We are also within approximately 12 km of the international regatta rowing centre.

7. Penrith also has lots of good restaurants and dessert bars like Messina gelato, san churros. Penrith is an exciting place!
8. There’s also the Greek restaurant - Alvi, which is not far from here
9. If you want to do a BBQ, visit the Kurrajong butcher. The meat is lovely and the their deli is pretty good too.
10. For fresh fruit and veggies, go to Richmond fruit market and ask for Bek in the deli. She’ll definitely look after you if you want to do cheese platters.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get to our property, as we are approximately 7 minutes from Richmond city and 15 minutes from Penrith.

- 15 mins 15km from Penrith via Castlereagh Rd
- 6 mins 7 km from Richmond via Castlereagh Rd
Other Things to Note:

- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
- Free firewood is available for one-night-stays only
- Additional firewood comes at an extra cost of $10 per load
- You can bring your own firewood or purchase them at local service stations
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)

- Breakfast options are available at an extra and upon prior arrangement
- We also have wine and cheese platters available at an extra cost, if your interested
- Boutique wood-fired hot tub is also available at an extra cost and upon prior request/order. The hot tub can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons at a time. If you're interested, please contact the land host in advance as it requires 1-2 hrs to heat.
Guest Advisory
- Guests with infants would have to bring their own portable travel cot.
- Guests with young children are advised to keep an eye on them at all times as the stairs to the loft are steep.
- Please take note that children below 12 years old are not allowed to use the hot tub due to safety reasons. We strongly advise not to bring them in with you.
Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay. We recommend bringing an insect repellent with you for your convenience.
