"We decided to spend a day shopping and dining in Burwood and booked our stay at this property again as we enjoyed our stay last time. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to our room and the room did not disappoint. Along with the larger room, there was also a large balcony. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy this trip due to the inclement weather. Our experience with checking in and out was excellent, both times with a lady called Worinka ( I hope I spelt the name right) , a great mix of friendliness and businesslike during our interactions. "

"Good hotel for when you need to go to airport the next morning. Needs some work, bit of mould in shower , cracked shower screen and poor lighting on the room but serves its purpose and provides good value. Location is great with shops, restaurants and club nearby. "
