"Upon check in I was greeted pleasantly and politely by front desk. Check-in was quick and easy. I was also asked my preference for floor I would like to stay on and was accommodated. Lobby was very clean and modern. Hallway was quiet and clean. Room and bathroom were also very clean and bed was comfortable. Will stay again when I return to visit!!"

"Each employee I encountered was most helpful, kind and efficient. I had a dead battery and Diane (?) and Pierre (?) didn't hesitate to help me. Brad, in the arts/crafts kids room was AMAZING! My granddaughters just loved him. They colored a picture for him. My grandson totally enjoyed the arcade. And, of course, the waterpark was perfect! It was well tended by staff. The gal, at the concession, was so good. She managed everyone with quick service, a smile and good attitude. I've been telling everyone about our experience. We WILL be back!!"
