"The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, and had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a patio outside. The owner, Francine, was very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond on several occasions to make our experience the best it could be. There was access to wonderful hiking trails nearby, just be prepared for some steep inclines! One thing to note is that the resort area of Crans-Montana is very expensive, but there are many great things to do and see there....

"Such a lovely place to stay with a courtyard for off-road parking. The Italian owner helpfully spoke good English. He said he also spoke other languages as well. "The hotel was very clean, and it was great that we had room service every day. Breakfast options were good. It would be good if they consider renovations of rooms as there is no electrical outlet or usb chargers and perhaps new fridges in the rooms. The water in fridges (which were at a fee) were just a little better than the room tempreature."

"We paid almost $200 for the room for one night and they put us in a room in the back of the hotel where we had to climb up and down ladders to get to, even though the hotel had a very low occupancy rate. In my opinion, if they ever wanted us to return to their hotel in the future, they could have upgraded our room. On the plus side, they did have a shuttle to take us from and to the train station."

"We used the Alpine Apartments for several nights during a bicycle tour. They had a safe, secure bike storage area in each building. Access to the bike path was easy, making trips into town for groceries quite fast. Also close to the train station. Apartments are like new, with a nice kitchen, clothes washing machine, heated drying rack, dishwasher, and large refrigerator. "
