"This accomodation was outstanding. It was comfy,cosy and had everything we needed. Set in a lovely garden with the river running by. We like nature and were delighted with all the birds and the occasional deer too. Alan and Kathy were lovely and made sure we were happy with everything. This hidden gem really is a little piece of heaven."

Preliminary walk around and checks found there was no fire alarms, fire blanket and no Welcome pack or inventory list of what to expect or where to go for emergency planning. "Beautiful cottage in a great village location on the outskirts of Lincoln. The cottage is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The only negative being the busy road to the front of the property. This is only a minor negative which wouldn't prevent us from staying here again. Franny the host couldn't be faulted for the service she provided."

"We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again"

"Good property with off road parking for two cars. Nice touch that there was a welcome hamper with a few useful food items. As we were playing golf every day our main requirement was that the beds were comfortable, and they were. The WiFi was good, and the lounge comfortable. The local pub in walking distance serves good food and drinks. We hope to be back next time we are playing at Woodhall Spa."

"We had a great stay in this beautiful little cottage. A short drive into lincoln. The cottage had everything we needed for our weekend visit."

"mini weekend break at the white horse holiday park. Check in directions weren’t made clear, especially when arriving at 5pm on a dark January night, contacted the site manager for advice. Cosy pub on site however disappointed food wasn’t available after seeing advertisement on social media. Lovely lodges, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and bedding.. hot tub was perfect!"
