"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying....

"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "

"Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Golfplatz raus und es war wirklich sehr ruhig ab 22 Uhr, sodass man auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Das Frühstücksangebot ist nicht ausladend, aber absolut ausreichend. Auch die gebuchte Massage war wirklich sehr gut. "After an early glitch with access using the key card I really appreciated this luxurious hotel. Grand piano in the entrance hall, large and comfortable bedroom with seating area. Ośrodek, do którego wraca się kilka razy

"Wspaniałe miejsce. Ośrodek położony na uboczu Pobierowa, na skraju lasu i około 10 minut od morza. Trzy posiłki dziennie, basen i jacuzzi. Rewelacyjna obsługa zarówno w recepcji, na kantynie i panie sprzątające. Pokoje czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Ośrodek, do którego goście wracają kilkukrotnie."
