Bayside A - Apartments and Studios offer self-catering accommodation in the sought-after area of St. Julian’s. It is renowned as a popular vacation spot, with its touristy centre and nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs in the Paceville area. These apartments are all tastefully finished to commodity standards and are equipped with modern furnishings. Additionally, all properties have a balcony with street or in-land views and are furnished with outdoor facilities. The distance of the apartment from Swieqi to the airport is approximately 10 KM (a 16-minute drive).
This Studio Penthouse is private and has a spacious layout with 4 bunk beds, and can host up to 6 to 8 guests (upon special request). Equipped with kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave, oven), TV and small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals. There is also a well-sized terrace with BBQ and outdoor facilities, sun loungers, and a private jacuzzi. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of St. George’s Bay and St. Julian’s.

1. There is a government Ecotax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.
2. Please note that the damage deposit of €150 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. Cards accepted. This is adjusted to €50 per person after the 5th person onwards. (Applies to bookings less than 1-month stay).

9. After check out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.

You can easily find the apartments during the day and night since they are all color-coded. Although Swieqi is regarded as a quiet, family-oriented town, it still throbs with life due to the number of nearby cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets. You can also avail of public transport, bike rentals, and cabs, all located opposite the apartment. Public transport like bus and cabs are easily accessible.
