Bayside A - Apartments and Studios offer self-catering accommodation in the sought-after area of St. Julian’s. This Studio Penthouse is private and has a spacious layout with 5 single beds and 1 bunk bed and can host up to 7 guests (upon special request). Equipped with kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, mini fridge, microwave), TV, and small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals. There is also a well-sized terrace with BBQ and outdoor facilities, sun loungers, and a private jacuzzi. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of St. George’s Bay and St. Julian’s.

Additional information:
1. There is a government Ecotax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.
2. Jacuzzi / Hot Tub use is at an extra cost starting at €10 for a token good for 3.5 hours. Cash payment only.
3. Please note that the damage deposit of €150 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. Cards accepted. This is adjusted to €50 per person after the 5th person onwards.

10. After check out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is 200 euros which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
