"Was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews for this place and I should have listened. The apartment was clean and is in decent location. However the apartment I was in (10) the air conditioning was broke and the windows did not open which made the room unpleasant, hot and stuffy. Tried to get it sorted but the apartment owners are a nightmare to contact. I sent two messages in the app with no response, rang several times and no answer. "Very nice place to stay in Sopot. Close to main attractions, but the hotel itself is in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Walkable distance (15-20 minutes) to SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska), which you can use to get to Gdansk for a 1-day trip (really nice option). The room and hotel facilities were ok. You have all what you need. Good breakfast included in price. Friendly staff. I do recommend this hotel for a short or long stay."

"Great Accomodation right on the Main Street. Wiirhin easy walking distance of most things. Breakfast is served in a restaurant next door from a set menu which was very nice. Only issue was that the pillows were very soft and flat but that’s personal preference. Overall a great place to stay. "

"Great location, nice room, but breakfast menu was limited. They claimed we should not have been able to book as we were a family and tried to charge us more once we had checked in. I refused and once they realised the children were well behaved they were very nice."

"Don't stay here if you are on holidays. it is not nice and way to expensive for what it is. The shared bathroom is inadequte and in poor condition. The shared kitchen is full of strong smelling half full pots of food. I only stayed because it was the only place with vacancies. And now I see why it still had vacancies while everywhere else is full."

"In all my travels I have never come across a less friendly group of staff. They are useless to say the least. The place itself does not deserve to be called a hotel. The room has no phone, no air conditioning, poor curtains so the light comes in early in the Mk ring, a vacuum pump they call a hair dryer. I could go on but frankly it's not worth the effort. If you travel to Sopot avoid, avoid, avoid!!"

"The apartments are a good size and well furnished and are just around the corner from the main hotel where you check in. They are situated in an excellent location with just a short walk to the numerous restaurants on the riverside and the main square. There was a bit of noise from building work going on in the vicinity which did annoy one of the couples we were travelling with but our apartment was fine. "Location was close to the old town and plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean and plenty of space in single rooms. Reception staff was always keen to help - even if you want to post a letter or collect an item from paczkomat they will be here to assist and inform how to do it. Spa area was great too - clean and not too full so you can enjoy it even in the evenings. Breakfast was not the best choice but there are plenty of great breakfast options locally. Hotel well connected by trams and airport was easy to get to by 2 trams as well. I recommend this place for a city break."

"Smart and quality fit-out of rooms. The hotel is compact and very modern. Swimming pool is small but extremely clean and a great atmosphere of its own. Breakfast has very generous options. Can't comment on evening dining options and the room service menu didn't appeal. Location is perfect for catching tram. Staff were cheerful and professional. Some could argue it doesn't have full 4-star standard but some Hilton in UK aren't a quality match for this. This doesn't have too corporate a feel if you're on holiday either, and would also be family-friendly if bringing kids. Excellent example of how far Poland has come in a decade or so, will definitely stay again."
