The Tamm avenue neighborhood, is so great, several nice bars and restaurants within 2 blocks. The house is on a quiet street, with little traffic, like the off street with option of garage parking. It’s gorgeous. Parking was easy as the house is at the end of the street so it’s very user friendly. Owner was extremely responsive as well as fast to respond. "
