Woodside is stunning… a Cape Cod style home with beautiful interiors, a veranda and excellent sea views. The open plan living space is contemporary and stylish with a mezzanine balcony and wood burning stove. The coastal style decor adds to the charm with dashes of red and blue, and if you can tear yourself away… the beach is within walking distance too.
 
Get out and about and explore this beautiful area. Visit Langland with its pretty beach huts, great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Play a round of golf or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. Drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles. Perfect for a family holiday.

Ground floor

Kitchen : gas hob, extractor fan, storage space, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Lounge: 2 sofas, TV, DVD, dining table, 6 chairs, wood burner and French doors onto the deck..
Shower room : walk-in wet room shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 1: king size bed, wardrobe. 
Bedroom 2 : single bed, pull out single bed and a wardrobe with drawers.
Bathroom 2: bath, WC and wash hand basin.
Cloakroom : WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor

Mezzanine floor : 2 sofas, corner sofa which converts into a double bed.

 

Entertainment : TV.  
Outside :  terraced rear garden and deck. The paved area has smart and comfortable furniture plus a large parasol. A gate leads from the garden to a public footpath around Pennard Golf course.
Parking : plenty of parking at the property.
General: changeover day - Friday.  Underfloor heating and log burner. Bed linen and towels provided for the king and single beds only (not provided for the sofa bed). Sea views from terrace. WiFi. 
Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes : no smoking. Refundable deposit of £100 is required when bringing a pet. No smoking
