Sea Breeze is a modern and stylish pet-friendly holiday home. Located on Summercliffe Chalet Park, this coastal-themed chalet sleeps up to four people. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area offers light, bright and perfect for dining inside or out, with large outdoor furniture on decking. Just a 2 minute walk away from Sea Breeze is Caswell Bay, a popular beach for locals and visitors with wall to wall sunshine and large range tide for paddling or surfing alike. Sea Breeze offers the perfect base from which to explore the hustle and bustle of Mumbles and venture west to the surrounding award-winning Gower Peninsula. 

Size:  Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.
Beds:  1 x Double and 1 Full Size Bunk Bed 
Rooms: Ground floor: Open plan kitchen/living area, double bedroom, bunk bedroom, shower room.
Kitchen and utilities: Oven, hob, under-counter fridge with icebox, microwave
Entertainment: Smart TV. On-site Wi-Fi available.
For families:  Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside:  Front facing patio area overlooking Caswell Bay valley with grey rattan corner furniture and dining table with grey parasol and cushions. Lawned area with established foliage screening and outdoor mood lighting including security and access lighting on all sides of building. Exterior shower to the rear and additional outdoor storage.
Access:  Chalet is accessed via steep slope and steps. No disabled access available. 
General:  Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 2 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
Pets:  2 dogs welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.
No smoking inside the chalet.
Parking: On-site parking available close to property.
Notes:  You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Excellent location lovely chalet
This is a lovely refurbished chalet on a quiet park a few minutes away from a gorgeous beach and lovely walks it had everything we needed but it was quite small so fine for us with 2 adults and a teenager. The quick response over a small maintenance issue was the best we ever had and even on Easter Sunday. I would definitely come back here again.
