The ultimate in luxurious holiday living… Promenade View is an elegant seafront property with New England style decor, four ensuite bedrooms and beautiful living space. Complete with window shutters, this three storey townhouse ticks all the boxes for style and location.
 
Mumbles is home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way. 
 

Size : sleeps 8 om 4 bedrooms
Beds : 1 x king size bed, 1 x double bed, 2 x sets of twin beds (zip 'n' link and can be made into a king on request)

Kitchen/diner : dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, electric double oven and a gas hob. Table and 6 chairs, wall-mounted TV. Double doors to the rear enclosed courtyard. 
Lounge: 2 sofas, chair with foot stool, TV and a work desk. Large picture window with views directly over Swansea Bay.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 : king size bed, wall-mounted TV, wicker table and chairs. Built-in wardrobes.
Ensuite : shower, WC and wash hand basin. 
Bedroom 2: twin beds. Built-in wardrobes,wall-mounted TV.
Shower room : shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Second Floor

Bedroom 3 : double, wall-mounted TV. Built-in wardrobes.

A really comfortable and relaxing property in the centre of Mumbles
Visited Swansea as a former resident with other friends and decided to stay in the Mumbles. This home ticked every box but in reality it far exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped, in a peaceful location and with lovely views. It's located near to many shops and restaurants so we wanted for nothing but equally we were able to spend some quality time together relaxing in the house itself. A memorable weekend. Many thanks.

Reunion weekend
The property itself was in a good location overlooking the Bay and was well furnished with plenty of croxkery and kitchen equipment. We were a little unlucky that building work to the promenade spoilt the view a bit but nothing anyone can do about that. We were fortunate to have excellent weather for the weekend and were pleased tobe able to access the small but sunny patio area at the rear of the house. Unfortunately we were very unimpressed with the cleanliness of that area as it didnt appear that the owner or agent had visited at all. We had to set to immediately to clean the grime off the table and chairs to use them. One chair was broken and the parasol was dirty and holey. It also appeared that the drains were blocked with silt etc. It was a shame that this area let down the overall cleanliness. We had a few other issues regarding the housekeeping in that some lights were not operational ( presumably just needing new bulbs) and the hot water was not switched on before our arrival. There were also insufficient recycling bags and we found some instructions confusing. If there was a manual about the oven operation we failed to find it. These were all unfortunate housekeeping problems but we still thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and found the property ideal for our needs. There were plenty of restaurants etc in walking distance and there was easy access to both city centre and the beautiful Gower coastline. There was some noise outside at night .

We had an excellent stay with 2 children under 10 and 5 adults. Kitchen is very well equipped and seated us comfortably. Same with the lounge. And you can’t get any closer to the seafront. Can highly recommend.

Mumbles
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem Objekt verbracht. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel. Da wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern angereist sind, hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass jemand von der Agentur die Heizung angestellt hätte. Das Haus war leider sehr ausgekühlt. Ansonsten 5*.
