Misgrove House Annexe

Sitting at the top of the village, close to the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland, this charming pet friendly annexe is perfect for a couple looking to stay somewhere special. Relax on the balcony or dine alfresco on the pretty terrace… complete with parking, it certainly ticks all the boxes. 
 
Get out and about and explore Mumbles, this delightful coastal village is home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.

Ground floor 

Sitting room/dining area: 2 leather sofas, flatscreen TV, occasional tables and a dining table with seating for 4 people. 
Kitchen: fridge, microwave, oven and 4-ring hob. 
Bedroom : double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and access to the balcony and the en suite bathroom, consisting of a bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC.

For families : travel cot.
Outside : balcony from bedroom. Terrace to front with table and chairs for 2.
Parking : off road parking for 1 car.


 

General: changeover day - Saturday (flexible during low season). Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. welcome tray. 4 star rating.

 

Pets : 1 small dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not allow your dog in the bedroom, on furniture or leave them unattended in the property.
Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes : no smoking. There is a second bedroom with a double bed, WC and basin available, which can be booked for an extra £150.00 per week. Note: When booking the extra bedroom, the bath and shower are accessed through the main bedroom and therefore this property becomes a 3-Star Visit Wales grade.

Made very welcome , bottle of bubbly waiting and some extras, close to everything we needed.
Easy to book , no problem finding the property, the only down part of the stay was late time to enter the property, early time to leave , as you had quite a few things to do before you leave with their instructions.

Doggy heaven
Perfect for our dog and perfect for his devoted servants ( us!) Perfect location between coastal walks and dog friendly pubs. Perfect cosy apartment , dog found sofa and bed very comfortable, which was big enough for us to feel comfortable too and sleep peacefully! The welcome from the owners of the apartment set the tone for a very relaxing and very enjoyable autumn break, we could not have asked for more.

The owners were wonderfully friendly and left generous welcome gifts. The Annex is in a very good location with both shops and a small beach within walking distance, and larger beaches a few minutes drive away. At the back it looks out over a park towards the opposite wooded hill with scattered houses
