Low Kiln Bank - One Bedroom House, Sleeps 2

From its enviable coastal location, Low Kiln Bank has amazing views over the sea.  This wood clad chalet sits above Slade Bay, just a short walk down to the sandy beach, perfect for picnics and paddling. Interiors are contemporary… step outside and enjoy the views from the balcony with its glass balustrade, table and chairs. This pretty couple’s bolthole is close to Oxwich with its shops and cafes.  
 
With some of the best beaches in the Gower just a short drive away, including Rossilli and  Oxwich and Three Cliffs Bay within walking distance, this is the perfect destination for a holiday. Pack up a picnic and spend lazy days at the seaside. Head to Langland with its pretty beach huts and dine at a beach side cafe… simply perfect!

Lounge : sofa, easy chair, TV with an Amazon Fire Stick, Freesat and DVD. Table and 2 chairs.

Outside : balcony with glass balustrade, sea views, table and chairs.

General: changeover day - Saturday. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi (fibre optic). Sea views. 4 star rating.

Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes : no smoking.  Care should be taken in the garden as there is a sharp drop to the rear of the property where it is cut into the bank.

Lovely property in a great location even if the directions were not the easiest to follow (maybe point out that you have to ignore the 3 ‘no access’ signs. Glorious weather added to making my stay so good. 5 stars for everything except cleanliness (which I gave 4). The cutlery was grimy- especially the plastic handled teaspoons which needed s good wash and the main bin was a bit dirty. No black bags so I had to go out especially to buy them (20 min drive) but otherwise great
