The Mumbles is situated on the edge of the Gower Peninsula, and is the perfect place from which to explore this sublime Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy the vast array of restaurants specialising in local fish which has been hand caught on the west side of Swansea Bay. Just behind Sea Breeze is Mumbles Hill Nature Reserve, where you can see the remnants of anti-aircraft control bunkers and enjoy lovely scenic walks overlooking the Gower and Bristol Channel. The Oyster Festival really is not to be missed, and is a delight for all food lovers, or enjoy a walk along the promenade and try one of the many premier ice cream parlours, explore the pier or get some fantastic photos of the lighthouse.
This property really is in the perfect location to explore a plethora of beaches, with Langland Bay, Caswell Bay and Pwll Du Bay all within 15 minutes. Locally, you can enjoy a host of water sports, including surfing, kayaking and fishing, or explore the many rock pools with your children looking for crabs and shrimps.
