"I went for a week touring in Tassie and every night stayed at Motels as it was convenient for us. By far Swansea is exceptional. First contact at reception was very welcoming and friendly with a smile. Our room was immaculate seems its newly painted looks very fresh. Bed was very comfortable, Me and wifey did had a very good sleep. Highly recommend. "

"From the cows to the well appointed kitchen to the spectacular birdlife and beautiful surrounds this location has it all and more. To sit on the veranda with a coffee at a place like this ticked one off my bucket list. "

"I wanted to take my husband and elderly parents away for a few days as these last few months medical issues have hit our family. The beds are super comfy, the lounges are very comfortable and the kitchen fully equiped and a few things in the pantry and fridge were much appreciated. A wonderful spot to watch the ocean and so so quiet. We got the key and got to the front porch which is quit narrow and has a table and chairs on it. It felt a bit unsafe. My dad who is 89 shuffled sideways past the table and chairs with no room for error and mum who is 87 just had a hip replacement which made it difficult. Once we got inside we checked out the back door and realised there is a quite level access to there. The key is for the front door, so maybe consider rekeying it so you can access by the back door or maybe consider a railing that wont interfere with the view. Overall it was a wonderful stay, in a beautiful spot and we would have no worries about returning at all. "
