"Overall, an okay little house. As other reviews state, both mattresses should be replaced. One is cheap and you feel the springs clearly, and the other is long in the tooth. Fridge had been replaced, but the old one bizarrely left on the deck next to the front door (!?). BBQ dirty on arrival. Didn't use it because of that. You get what you pay for with this one. Bird droppings all over the deck."

"Loved the large fully fenced yard for our dogs - they loved it. We also loved that it was close to the beach and nearby take away shops. Having the ability to drive onto the property and park right near the house was a bonus. It is a cosy beach shack which has all of the basics that you need for a holiday stay. "It was just like dropping into a friends place who left the key out. So comfortable and clean with everything you need (except for tissues). Location was great as you are 30 seconds from beach coffee shop, newsagent/grocer and seafood takeaway. Lux beds and bedding were great. Loved the art collection throughout the house. Looking forward to visiting again. "

"Called oz realty. Lovely girls in the office brought towels to help with the leaking front door. Continual leaks meant we walked on sodden towels for three days. Or had to mop up puddles in the kitchen. Very LOUD plumbing and toilet had to be turned off at night because it was running constantly. This was a great little studio. Beautifully appointed and an amazing comfy bed. Shame that building/maintenance issues have been overlooked"

"The only toilet had access available only externally, very inconvenient after sunset in dark and cold breeze. Mould on bedroom joinery and in shower, and a lot of incomplete joinery with gaps and rot and rising damp evident. No hot water plumbed to bathroom vanity."

"I had stayed at Callala Bay before so I was already aware of the beautiful area to stay at but my family hadn't. So they got more than a pleasant surprise at what they found when they opened the blinds on the sliding doors at the back of the house. It was a very relaxing space with plenty of room for people to have space from others. Games, books internet so mny pluses- we even saw dolphins swim by. Our furbaby loved the leash free beach & huge backyard to explore in. Can't wait to come back...
