Water's Edge - Sea Front Self Catering Apartment in the Heart of Swanage

Water’s Edge is a beautiful self-catering apartment right in the heart of Swanage. With stunning panoramic views of Swanage Bay, the beach is on your doorstep and the best pubs, restaurants and shops Swanage has to offer are less than a minute away.

Our apartment sleeps up to six with versatile accommodation comprising of a ground-floor twin bedroom and shower-room and a large lower-floor family room with an impressive en-suite bathroom. We are also pet-friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome!

All bedding and towels are supplied for weekly bookings (A linen pack can be provided for short breaks upon request). Secured parking is available for some periods please enquire.

Beautiful spot & very central to everything in Swanage. Lovely property
Perfect location looking out over Swanage Bay right on the sea front. My husband had recently had a knee operation so couldn’t walk far so it was ideal. We did have one day when workmen were working a couple of doors away & he parked a large van straight across the front window & we couldn’t see a thing. We asked him to move it but he didn’t. It was there from 9am-5pm. All in all a lovely stay though. Claire was always very helpful. Thanks .

Fantastic location and magnificent views!
Waters edge... says it all! you are right on the front. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. Safe parking at the back of the property was a real bonus! Shops and places to eat are literally within 30 meters of the front door... all in all a lovely place to stay.

Very central an ideal position
A very clean Appartment in a central position. The bedrooms are on 2 levels. There is a steep stairway to the family room. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, plenty of flat walking. Many places to visit in the area. We loved Swanage Bay and the town.

Waters Edge A Great Place to BE
We were really impressed with the location. Amazing views and coastal walking and many other attractions on your doorstep. Only got into a car once apart from travelling there and back because everything is on your doorstep. Local restaurants were great, fish and chip shop around the corner. What more could you want when visiting the seaside! Excellent, would recommend Waters Edge and certainly consider a re-visit. Host very engaging and informative. Mr. and Mrs. Brodier and family.

We stayed for a week at Waters Edge with a just 2 year old. Fantastic location for driving to lots of sites and beaches. Great communication with Claire and the house was lovely, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We had a lovely week.

We absolutely loved the property! It was beautiful and had amazing panoramic views of the bay
We had a really wonderful week at Water's Edge! The location was perfect; right by the sea and in the centre of Swanage, so it was very close to all the local facilities and was also very near to the beautiful harbour area. The property was really lovely with a large lounge which included a window seat, with amazing panoramic view all around the bay. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco, dorset ginger biscuits and other refreshments, which was a lovely touch. The property accommodated 5 people as well as our dog! The downstairs bathroom was amazing with a beautiful bath and shower room, and there was also an upstairs toilet and shower room too. We were very impressed with the property and Claire the owner, was very helpful and responded immediately to any queries we had when we first arrived. Thank you for a truly wonderful holiday! I would fully recommend this property.

We have stayed here previously, still a great location !!
Would definitely recommend this apartment. Good facilities and location for people watching or watching the waves, Good walks, we didn't use the car for the week that we were there. The parking is at the back of the property, which is ideal when the waves are rough, as it saves the car from the sea salt. Local restaurants / pubs are very good, would recommend the Black Swan, Square & Compass, and the Crows Nest. The only point of improvement is the bedding could be thicker.
