"Its not our first time here and we always enjoy the location and premises, however I do have one constructive criticism to make. We booked a poolside room and reasonably expected a room with a patio onto the pool as we have had before. On checking in I was told that we are on the second floor, when I queried that I was told that the ground floor was booked out weeks ago but the second floor was available also with a view over the pool. Thats not what I wanted and the booking was not clear at all. The rooms over the pool should be advertised as "pool view rooms" so that it is clear when you book. If the pool side rooms were all full when I booked, fair enough, but then dont tell me that the second floor rooms are the same as the ground floor. Also we had elderly parents with us who cant use the stairs so in the end we had to move to the main building with am lift. I ask that the management here be clearer with descriptions of the rooms. "

"Beautifully located resort right opposite the beaxh. Great for families, multiple pools (incuding one that is perfect for young children). Nice spacious 3 bedroom apartment, well equipped kitchen and laundy facilities."

"Was different to your usual boring minimalist hotel. Was archictectually designed meaning it had character with modern influence. Undercover parking. Surrounded by trees and golf course so serene. Pool bigger than it looked in photos. Spa was toasty."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Motel is on a corner of a busy road if you don't mind a bit of traffic noise. The pool was clean and lovely to swim in. If you have a room on the ground floor then the only drawback is you can't use the patio outside for security reasons. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again. "

"Upon check in, Sally the owner was there to greet us with warm & genuine enthusiasm. The rooms were large and spacious although a ceiling fan would’ve been great. The female shared bathroom were huge and recently renovated. Beds had mattress topper & I slept like a baby even in the 32 degree night. Has a cafe & restaurant with delicious offerings with avail to do room service. Even had carafes of fresh water on the landing for guests & small kitchenette if u wanted to use.right in the heart of town within walking distance to beach, jetty and rail.
