We had a great time beautiful area, the owners were very accommodating and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving!
We were looking for a nice place to stay to be based out of for day trips in the southern tier. This place fit the bill nicely. It was clean and comfortable, had the basics needed for our stay.
The location is great for winding down after a day of hiking. We walked up to the Sierra Inn a quick couple minutes up the road for dinner and grabbed some groceries at Mastin’s Market less than 10 minutes away for breakfast at the chalet. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we watched some great movies on the smart tv and played the game of Life! Definitely recommend.
Perfect for what we needed, although the train whistle in the middle of the night x 3 didn’t make for the best nights sleep for our 20 mile hike the next day. Fully equipped home. Had every thing we needed.
My family and I rented this property as a stop between Pennsylvania and Niagara Falls. It is an adorable house and we really enjoyed staying in it. I don't think we would rent it as an actual vacation spot, unless we were going skiing locally. The neighborhood isn't the nicest, and there was a huge indoor/outdoor party with profuse substance use going on next door the night of our stay.

The chalet was a sweet little spot to stay in while in town for a graduation. It is very clean, comfortably arranged and well stocked for one's overnight needs. The bed was very comfortable. Out back offered a little firepit area next to the creek. It is quite close to a highway on the other side of the creek, and quite close to other small homes on either side. Otherwise, it is a lovely place to rest for the night when traveling through.
The check in process wasnt very clear. The ad said there was a pin pad but once we got there the house didnt have a pin pad there was a key that i had to find.
We stayed three nights. Very clean and location to several state parks was great. Beds comfortable. Pets are allowed and there was no pet smell in cabin. It was very cute, exactly as described. Train tracks nearby but enjoyed the train whistles.
The property is 15-20 min away from Letchworth State Park so the location was convenient for us. Make sure you get the directions beforehand because the phone service is not available in/around the park and on the road to the house. There was plenty of dishes, and spices, breakfast items in the house. It was a cute house to spend time together with the family. The only concern was the smell of the water which was very noticeable in the kitchen and bathroom area. The smell comes from the well water so we were not expecting that. Overall it was a comfortable house with quick responding hosts.
