"Great hotel with a spa and pool. Amazing breakfast… so many choices and so much food . Beach is not too far from the hotel… the hotel has a mini beach but mainly for kids ( very shallow) it has a great walking path around the lake. Restaurant the port was good and opened til 11pm which was great. We only stayed one night but should have made it a longer."

"Hotel mocno średni. Pokoje tragedia połamana deska WC, ułamany zaczep od drzwi prysznica, spalona żarówka w szafie, niedziałające wifi, szlafroki tragedia. Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. Źle naliczona kwota za pobyt i brak informacji w restauracji o wykupionej obiado-kolacji (na szczęście udało się to wyjaśnić). Jedyny plus za SPA i...

"Sehr gefallen hat uns das Hotel selbst und der weitläufige sehr schön gepflegte Garten. Nicht begeistert waren wir vom Service. Hier hat das Hotel deutlichen Nachholbedarf. Dies beginnt beim Check-in über mangelhafte bis nicht vorhandene Fremdsprachenkenntnisse bis hin zu allgemein fehlender Herzlichkeit gegenüber dem Gast. Nicht zu verstehen ist, warum beispielsweise in einem Vier bis Fünf-Sterne-Hotel Plastebecher als Zahnputzbecher herhalten müssen, warum beim Frühstück die Gerichte...
