"The difference between a three star and four star rating for this hotel is the lack of a real bed for double accommodations and the fact that they put a smoker into a non-smoking room and expected them to not smoke in the bathroom instead of going outside. For this reason, we will not be returning to this hotel in the future. There are many other 3 star hotels in Lviv and they don't have this practice of trying to "save money" by inconveniencing their clients."

"When we entered the hotel we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The hotel has a great location in town of Vynniky and not far from Lviv. The room was spacious and very clean. The buffet breakfast plentiful and delicious. The restaurant offers many local dishes and it was very good too. We would definitely stay there again."
