Located amidst olive groves and small villages, Villa Ambienta is truly a standout property. Our guests were amazed and felt pampered and relaxed. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the southern end of the Istrian Peninsula' basically, you can drive for 15 or 20 minutes to the east, west or south, and you are at the Adriatic. Head north and you are very quickly into Istrian...

"We had a fantastic week at the Villa Batana. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Our host was incredibly helpful, taking us the last few meters to the property when we got slightly lost on arrival and providing lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful pool, but the Villa is well situated to visit the attractions of the area -which we did. A truly excellent property to which we hope to return."

Whilst lots of choice, this seemed to rock all the boxes, offering peace and quiet, sports facilities as well as top end accommodation. Interaction with the owners was first class all the way through before arriving, once arriving and meeting the owner, he was extremely helpful offering advice as well as answering any questions very quickly. "The location of this child is perfect. Really calm and peaceful location for relaxation. But just a short drive to local restaurants and towns and about 30 mins from Pula and Rovinj. It's a great base to explore the whole area. Svetvincenat is beautiful for a relaxing family meal close by. The villa itself is just amazing, really well decorated and designed, keeping the old charm of the building with modern but classic touches. We loved it and will be back!! "
