A dream holiday with warm hosts and a refreshing pool in Istria!
we were lucky enough to spend my vacation in private accommodation in the beautiful Istria region of Croatia. My stay was just fantastic and I would like to share my experience. First of all, I would like to emphasize how warm and welcoming our hosts were. From the moment we arrived we felt like part of the family. They were always there to give us advice and gave us great tips for trips and restaurants in the area. Your kindness and hospitality made our vacation special. The accommodation itself was an absolute gem. The private villa provided everything we could ask for and more. The pool was a highlight, especially on a hot day. We spent hours relaxing in the refreshing water and enjoying the idyllic view. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location of the property was also perfect. We were surrounded by picturesque landscapes, charming villages and historic sites. Every day we could make new discoveries and explore the beauty of Istria. The region offers a variety of activities including hiking, cycling and boat tours. There was definitely no boredom here! All in all, our vacation in Istria was an unforgettable experience that I can recommend to everyone. I will definitely come back and am already looking forward to my next stay.

Schönes Haus
Das Haus hat mich mit einem extrem gepflegten und sauberen Zustand überrascht, alles wirkt fast wie neu. Highlight ist die Grillküche in einem separaten Gebäude auf der anderen Seite des großzügigen Pools. Beide Küchen sind vollständig ausgestattet, aus Gewohnheit hätte ich mir nur noch einen normalen Toaster und eine Mikrowelle in der Küche des Hauthauses gewünscht. Checkin und checkout bei den netten, gleich nebenan wohnenden Vermietern waren unproblematisch. Ausser den Vermietern gibt es keine weiteren Nachbarn, daher ist das Anwesen extrem ruhig. Das zuverlässige Internet/WLAN lieferte bei mir zwischen 16 und 22Mbit im Download und meist 200Kbit im Upload. Mit dem Auto benötigt man gut 10 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt oder Restaurant, gut 20 Minuten bis zum nächstgelegenen Strand.

Reise mit vielen hinternissen
Die Anreiße war ne Katastrophe, laut Kroatischer Agentur wurde uns zugesichert das eine weitere Person Anreißen Darf, bei Ankunft wussten die Besitzer von nichts und nach einer Diskussion von 3 Stunden dürfte der 9 Gast mit Aufschlag von 500€ Anreißen. Zum Anwesen, es ist Älter als man auf den Bildern erkennen kann und leider nur eine Klimaanlage. Der Ausblick ist echt schön, leider sehr abgelegen und dementsprechend sollte man Zeit einplanen. Bei Abreiße Kontrollierten die Besitzer alles und es würde ein defektes Fliegengitter bemängelt, da nur unsere Teenager dort schliefen und dies auf mehrmaliges Fragen verneinten das sie es beschädigt haben geh ich mal davon aus das eine Renovierung auf Kosten der Touristen hier erfolgt...Bitte alles auf funktion kontrollieren!!! Leider meine bisher Negativste Erfahrung in Kroatien.

Tolles Haus und super Vermieter
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen nur empfehlen! Direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr liebevoll empfangen, die Vermieter sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Sie standen immer beratend zur Seite und haben geholfen wo sie konnten. Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas abseits und verlassen, was sicher Vor- und Nachteile hat. Es ist sehr ruhig, aber bis Labin bzw. Rabac ist es nicht weit mit dem Auto. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung wirkt jedoch etwas älter, als sie auf den Bildern aussieht. Dennoch ist alles in einem super Zustand! Wir können die Unterkunft und einen Urlaub im schönen Istrien auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen!

Beginnend beim Haus und der Ausstattung, der Lage und der Ruhe bis hin zu den liebenswertesten Eigentümern (einzige Nachbarn) war alles einfach super!!

Sehr nette Vermieter, Außenbereich und Pool sind super, das Haus ist etwas älter, als man es auf den Bildern erkennt. Die Lage ist abseits, aber man ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto in Labin bzw. Rabac.
