"From the beginning, there was no key in the lock box. Waiting for a person to arrive to let us in then we were told we were assigned the wrong room. Then we find the room is not ready. The refrigerator and stove were turned off, room dirty, kitchen cabinet shelves badly warped and broken drawers. The overall property is poorly maintained."

"The place was dirty, didn’t want to walk around without shoes. The ceiling fan was ready to fall out of the ceiling. We had a family gathering in the area, otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed. "
