This wonderful holiday home is functionally furnished and is located near Sutivan, on the island of Bra. It is situated on a spacious plot of approx. 22,000 m² and consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and bathroom. Outside there are two terraces. The large terrace with pool and sun deck offers a marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the fantastic sunsets that you will enjoy here. On the other side of the house you have a covered terrace with a barbecue where you can sit together and prepare delicious meals.
Sutivan is a place with many beautiful bays and pebble beaches, rich gastronomic offers and cultural events. Active holidaymakers can explore the surrounding area on cycle paths. There is also a dog beach in the village. The last approx. 2.5 km to the house are on an unpaved road.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September. Property is located near a highway.
