Spend your vacation in our remote Robinson house with the private swimming pool and a touch of luxury.
Our holiday house "Cottage Mediterraneo" is situated idyllically between olive groves and vineyards on the Dalmatian island of Brac, famous for its beautiful beaches and crystal blue sea water.
Located not far from Lozisca, Sutivan and Dracevica, this is the ideal place for an unforgettable and relaxing vacation.
Off the beaten tourist track, it is still only a 25 minute drive to the sea and the small town of Sutivan.
“Cottage Mediterraneo” consists of two floors with separate entrances. Both floors have a terrace with a unique view over olive groves and vineyards to the romantic village of Dracevica and the sea. There is a private pool right in front of the house.
The whole house including the swimming pool is available for rent. The Swimming POOL is exclusively just for our holiday-house guests.

DESCRIPTION:
The house consists of two apartments with separate entrances.
Ground floor apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed for 2 persons (King size) and a pull-out sofa that can be converted into a bed for two persons, a kitchen and a bathroom.
It is surrounded by a large terrace, the actual living room of this apartment.
On the one side of the terrace there is a covered fireplace and a dining- table for 8 persons.
From the terrace you can see the sea and the nature all around.

The 1st floor apartment: the apartment is accessed via the terrace.
The apartment has a kitchen, sleeping, dining and living area.
In the living area there is a pull-out sofa that can be converted into a bed for two persons.
From the living area 3 low stairs lead down to the sleeping area with a double bed.
There is a bathroom round the corner. The bathroom is spacious and bright.
The balcony offers a wonderful view to the sea, old village of Dracevica and olive hills.

Built in traditional Dalmatian style, the modern interior meets all the requirements of an environmentally conscious lifestyle. The tap water is obtained from a water reservoir. Hot water and electricity are generated by a solar system. There is a fireplace for grilling on the large terrace. An ambience that creates an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. The cozy garden lounge on the terrace invites you to relax and sit together.
In agreement with the natural lifestyle, Cottage Mediterrraneo is an eco-friendly solar house that respects the nature and beauty of our island and protects the environment.
APPROACH
A car is required to stay at "Cottage Mediterraneo".
From the paved road, a macadam leads about 4 km to the house.
Our secluded summer cottage is embedded in a natural olive grove. The plot is gently sloping terraced (10000sqm) and besides olive trees there are almond and fig trees, sage and rosemary.
No neighbors! Absolute calm! Pure nature!

FURTHER INFORMATION:

A car would be needed to stay in the Cottage Mediterraneo.
The nearest Supermarket is approximately 20 minutes away by a car.
From the house you can take direct hiking and mountain bike tours away from the usual traffic routes. Incidentally, the "Tramuntana" cycle path leads almost directly past our house.
On the bike-friendly island of Brac there are bike trails through more than 1000 kilometers of untouched nature. They link numerous places on the island!
Ideal for those who want to spend an active holiday on the island of Brac.

Franz-Josef-Bridge is not far from our house.
It was built during the Austrian rule. It is historically significant and today an interesting destination for a walk.
