Newly built (2018) designer villa with a private swimming pool and beautiful sea view

This exclusive holiday villa is located in the picturesque town of Sutivan on the sunny Croatian island of Brac. It is close to the centre (5 min walk) but in a quiet area. Built for your relaxation away from the city where you can put your mind to ease and enjoy yourself with your friends and/or family.

The backyard with the private swimming pool and BBQ can make for great summer nights with friends and family.

The villa has four bedrooms, an outdoor pool and a breathtaking view. The bedrooms can host up to 8 people. Each room has a flat screen TV, air-conditioning and its own private bathroom and balcony.

The villa is close to the centre, restaurants and the port, but still on the quiet location for those wanting some privacy.
