The clerk checking us in was very professional and helpful. We needed to rooms and he saw that when he went on shift and had two rooms next to each other for us. I liked that he cared about putting groups near each other.

The main lights didnt work. The heater was so loud it was unusable. There was no shampoo or toiletries. There were hairs in the shower and on the ice bucket. The site said there was a microwave and fridge but there was not. I bought food i was gonna cook in the morning and had to trow it away. The area the door lock was on looked damaged as if it had been kicked in before. Ive never stayed in such a crappy room... the only redeeming feature was the incredibly nice front desk staff.
