"We loved our stay here! It was very comfortable for our family, all the amenities we needed, overall good location for what we were visiting the city for. Very clean...with the tiny exception of a few dog hairs found on a living room throw blanket, which didn't bother us considering how exceptionally clean the rest of the house was! Lovely decor and a peaceful feel. The host was quick to answer the one time that we needed something. We would definitely stay here again...thanks so much!"

"My teenage son and I stayed here for a 4 day swim meet at SwimRva which was conveniently about 5 minutes away. The basement apartment was very clean and extremely well put put together!. The apartment was comfortable and my son certainly enjoyed the video games on the giant tv! Sharon was extremely communicative and even left out snacks for us every morning! I would highly recommend this property!"

"The home exceeded our expectations! It was spacious and well appointed with all the things we needed to make our stay relaxing and rejuvenating. Our grandson was fascinated with the trains that would pass by. We especially enjoyed walking at the nearby park as well as the old road next to the train tracks. "We had a pleasant stay at this cozy and beautifully decorated home! It was easy to find, and we loved the inviting front porch and the spacious backyard patio—both were perfect spots to relax. The location was very convenient, with restaurants and stores nearby, making it easy to explore the area. While there were many positives, there were a couple of things that could have been better. The listing mentioned four “double bed sofas,” but they turned out to be futons that were better suited for...

"We were notified 10 min before leaving that there was a mix up in reservation. We had to be put elsewhere or cancel. A total bait and switch scheme. Dirty, couldn't even use one of the beds. Just awful. If this is an example of what VRBO has for property "landlords" VRBO is not doing their follow up well. I am fearful of using VRBO again"

"We were in town from NJ for a field hockey tournament over the holidays. Rather than stay in a hotel, we rented this property as a home base. The house was clean and cozy and we enjoyed having family meals in the kitchen and spending time together in the family room. The neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac and convenient to restaurants, groceries, gas and the River City Sports complex. "

"House is great for a large family or two couples and some kids. All bedrooms upstairs. TVs in all rooms except twin beds bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Within a couple miles of grocery store and 10-15 minutes from restaurants and shopping areas. Nice place to stay. Pets are an up charge but allowed. "

Essentials were provided like shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the bathrooms as well as sugar, coffee and tea in the kitchen. We needed assistance once and the host helped us out immediately.
