"spent full week for vacation in good condition. Hotel offers many possibilities to relax as well as neighbourhood for cycling activities. All employee were friendly and supportive , good breakfast choice. Restaurant menu very good. Some small reparation would be required (in example lighting in the room, seals in the shower cabin, small loose tiles in the swimming pool). All in all it is very good place to stay. "Below are my experiences with this hotel 1- There was no refrigerator in the room. 2- There were no cooling appliances at the room. 3- Bad quality of drinking water in the water falter machine 4- Parking was not free 5- Swimming pool was small and crowded as others from outside of the hotel allowed to swim. 6- Very bad ventilation, due to high humidity rooms always had bad smell. "Hotel is feeling tired, it suggested a gym and pool, however these are not the hotels and actually separate and have to pay for this"

"Hotel mocno średni. Pokoje tragedia połamana deska WC, ułamany zaczep od drzwi prysznica, spalona żarówka w szafie, niedziałające wifi, szlafroki tragedia. Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. Źle naliczona kwota za pobyt i brak informacji w restauracji o wykupionej obiado-kolacji (na szczęście udało się to wyjaśnić). Jedyny plus za SPA i...

"Wonderful place full of historical attractions- you must see Gniew Castle , experience evening walk with smartphones and listen to the stories (althoug it's in Polish only I guess). Amazing chef in the restaurant, tartar and duck 10/10! Beautiful design and so nice service- thank you for the birthday prosecco served to our room, wonderful surprise treat!:) Spa if you don't have kids we recommend during late evening 21-23.00 adults only spot, otherwise you can't enjoy sauna or pool in the noise....
